Maintenance Requests

Campus Housing partners closely with Physical Plant to provide a safe, clean, and comfortable living environment.  If you notice any issue or concern in your residence please let us know by entering a service request in the Work Orders tab in the MyHousing portal via MyCharleston. This is the fastest way to get service.

If you experience a maintenance emergency during normal business hours (8:30 am - 5:00 pm Monday through Friday) immediately call 843.953.5550.  After 5:00PM please contact your front desk or call 843.953.5550.
