Interns, Camps and Conferences

Campus Housing at the College of Charleston provides interns, camps and conference groups with on campus accommodations during the summer months.  The 2019 intern, camp and conference season runs from June 1 to July 31.  Interns and groups who are interested in checking in prior to June 1 should contact Campus Housing.

Please use the forms below if you are interested in requesting on campus accommodations.  If your camp or conference has any participants under the age of 18 you will need to contact legalaffairs@cofc.edu to receive more information and authorization to host a youth program.  Please contact our office at 843.953.2015 or email us at SummerHousing@cofc.edu for questions.

Individual Housing (for persons not participating in an internship, camp or conference) 

Upon receipt of the request, an email confirmation will be sent with applicable details.  Within 30 days of email confirmation, a contract will be forwarded to the conference contact for signature.  A contract, w9 and insurance certificate (if applicable) must be on file for all groups prior to check-in.  Failure to return the signed contract will result in reservation cancellation. If you are requesting meals or meeting space a staff member will contact you for details.
