Summer Housing

College of Charleston housing provides conference groups/camps, student interns and CofC students with campus housing during the summer months.  We offer a limited variety of residence halls as space is available. The 2017 conference/camp season runs from June 1 to July 31.  Summer School housing (maymester students only) begins on May 14th.

If meals or meeting space is required, a staff member will contact you for details.   

Upon receipt of the request, an email confirmation will be sent with applicable details.  Within 30 days of email confirmation, a contract will be forwarded to the conference contact for signature.  A contract, w9 and insurance certificate (if applicable) must be on file for all groups prior to check-in.  Failure to return the signed contract will result in reservation cancellation. 

The final invoice will be mailed within 30 days of the group's check-out date.  Payments can be made to the Treasurer's Office.
