What is LaundryView®?
LaundryView is a web-based platform that helps students save time when doing laundry. Gain control over laundry activities by easily avoiding busy rooms and tracking laundry cycles.
What does LaundryView do?
With LaundryView you can:
- Check washer or dryer availability before you come to the laundry room.
- View the time remaining for each washer and dryer.
- Receive notification when your laundry is done.
- View weekly stats to avoid the busiest times for your residence hall.
How do I access LaundryView?
Access the platform through the LaundryView website for the College.
- If not auto-filled, type in “COLLEGE OF CHARLESTON” in the search bar.
- From the dropdown tab, select the residence hall and floor you would like to view.
- You will be redirected to a 3D floorplan of the selected laundry room with all the options currently available or occupied.
How do I get notifications from LaundryView?
- Click Notification Settings from the right side of the screen.
- At the bottom of the screen, select the machine for which you would like to receive notifications.
- At the top of the screen, enter your phone number under Enter your email or mobile number for notifications.
- Click Submit.
- Once your cycle is complete, you will receive a text to let you know.
